Rottemsch
Rottemsch is a small oblong world that breathes fire and brimstone. Similar in size to Mercury the world is largely devoid of life and human colonization due to its active geology that is working to solidify into a rocky crust. The world is a lopsided heap of cooling metal and stone, made so some time ago by a titanic collision with a smaller body that set the surface alight. The world will cool completely well outside the scope modern human existence. Hot and cold-spots dot Rottemsch today, and limited surface usage is engaged in by mobile resort facilities. A small cloud of massive capital ships surrounds the world enabling men to enjoy the spectacle of a birthing world.
Great volcanic geysers and rifts are some of the largest draws on the small planet. It’s the absence of lava on the cooling plate centers that draws crowds away from the spectacular edges. Several scientific research vessels and collegiate facilities make a home here, offering up tours of their amazing facilities as supplement to otherwise limited funding.
