Barella System
Planetary Colonies & their Satellites
(NEED some expansion on moons and or space-stations?)
Humanity has looked for years to find a planet that mimicked their home world and in so many ways Albus is that world. The main difference is it sits nearly twice the size. Albus is as close to humanity will likely come to getting a second
Earth and because of this the two worlds are much at odds. Thankfully for earth Albus has problems deciding what it wants to be.
Mercury's far-off cousin, Rottemesch is a half-molten heap that doesn't rotate. For those few who make it to the surface and live primarily on the shadow side the place is an exotic, if dangerous, paradise. Largely uninhabited, Rottemsch instead is home to a sizeable resort location.
The Binut's Rocky home world which at some point must have held vast reserves of liquid water above ground. Now, the surface is dead much like Mars ages ago, with vast wastelands of rock and mountains, caverns and giant fissures. These features are what make it special as the
Binut take to the center of this world and carve out a easily sustained home. Living primarily below-ground the inhabitants have developed large centers around rivers and great oceans beneath the planet's crust.
- Armaria: Source for Malanite Crystals for high-grade data-storage, spawned of the same medley of minerals as the planet it circles.
Dwarf Planets & Asteroids
A dwarf planet swiftly colonized to help spread man across the system. The outpost is home to some of the most shrewd and calculating traders in all of space. Additionally it is the weigh-station for exiting the solar system much like
Tal Narcis in Sol.
