Summary

A very Pious man, living in a absolutely damned world. Opposed to most genetic engineering and AI, Kaveo has, in the past, gone to violent means to against proponents of these ideals.

He was born with a genetic deformity, that was undetected, leading to latent psionic potential During his childhood, he had episodes of voices in his head. Deeming them the "voice of god" he dicided to purse the holy word as his life
